Professional's Choice® Strike Sports Medicine Boot - Fronts

The STRIKE boots combine a shatterproof TPU shell with VenTECH neoprene for both protection and flexibility without restricting your horse's natural movement. They feature UltraShock foam that absorbs impact while releasing heat, and Brrr cooling textile that wicks moisture to keep legs cool and dry during intense work. This combination of impact protection, flexibility, and temperature control makes them ideal for performance horses that need comprehensive leg support.

The VenTECH neoprene offers 4-way stretch and support to move naturally with your horse's leg, while the darted suspensory strap is specifically designed to reduce the risk of fetlock hyperextension during athletic movement. Together, they provide targeted tendon and fetlock protection without compromising comfort or performance, making them especially valuable for horses doing jumping, barrel racing, or other high-impact activities.

You're getting a pair of Professional's Choice STRIKE front boots with hook and loop closures that allow for an adjustable, snug fit tailored to your horse's leg. The closures ensure the boots stay secure throughout your ride while remaining easy to put on and take off. For proper fit, the boots should feel snug but not so tight that they restrict circulation or pinch your horse's leg.

These boots are designed for performance horses and work well for both training and competition, especially in high-impact disciplines. Their UltraShock foam and cooling technology make them comfortable for extended use, though many owners use them for targeted protection during more intense workouts rather than casual daily rides. They're versatile enough to support whatever level of activity your horse needs.

While specific care instructions weren't detailed in the product specs, VenTECH neoprene boots are typically cleaned with cool water and mild soap after use, then air-dried thoroughly. The Brrr cooling textile will maintain its moisture-wicking properties with regular gentle cleaning, and the hook and loop closures should be checked occasionally to ensure they remain secure and functional.

The STRIKE front boots are designed to be worn on their own for comprehensive support and protection of the front legs, specifically targeting tendon and fetlock areas. While they can often be layered with other protection, it's best to consider your horse's specific needs and the tightness of your equipment—some horses work well with multiple layers, while others need just one protective option for comfort and effectiveness.
