"Everything is fabulous except the hardware (nuts) to screw onto the rod that joins the two wheels. They only screw onto the Rod a few turns and are never fully seated. This results in too much “play” & “wobbly” wheels. I called your Customer Service and they told me to send Photos - I did as told one week ago and have heard nothing back. Want to get this fixed before using the Muck Cart. Communication is very important to me."
