"These boots were supposed to be a size 9. Nope. These are the tightest boots I have ever tried on. They are also VERY stiff and don't bend. Postal service would cost $22. 00 to send from Oregon to Ohio, UPS would charge $35. 00 to send back. I lost , Schneiders won. Made in India."
