Zimecterin Dewormer
Zimecterin® Paste kills important internal parasites, including bots and the arterial stages of S. Vulgaris, with a single dose. Zimecterin® Paste is potent antiparasitic agent that is neither a benzimidazole nor an organophosphate. Zimecterin® Paste kills large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, large-mouth stomach worms, bots, intestinal threadworms, summer sores and dermatitis.

- 1.87% Ivermectin
- Safe for use in foals and pregnant mares
- 21 oz. syringe treats up to 1250 lbs.
- Recommended Deworming Program: January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st
- Dosage: This syringe contains sufficient paste to treat one 1250 lb horse at the recommended dose rate of 91 mcg Ivermectin per lb (200 mcg/kg) body weight. Each weight marking on the syringe plunger delivers enough paste to treat 250lb body weight
- Directions for use: While holding the plunger, turn the knurled ring on the plunger 1/4 turn to the left and slide it so the side nearest the barrel is at the prescribed weight marking. Lock the ring in place by making a 1/4 turn to the right. Make sure that the horses mouth contains no feed. Remove the cover from the tip of the syringe. Insert the syringe turn into the horses mouth at the space between the teeth. Depress the plunger as far as it will go, depositing paste on the back of the tongue. Immediately raise the horses head for a few second after dosing
- Zimectrin® Paste may be used in horses of all ages, including mares at any stage of pregnancy. Stallions may be treated without adversely affecting their fertility
- Storage:
- Store at 68 degrees F, (20-25 degrees C) Excursions between 59 degrees F and 86 egress F (15-30 degrees C) are permitted
