Relief

"Just what the horse ordered. Light color and light weight mesh are a distinct relief from flying insects. The slightly stiffer construction keeps it in position, even during a good roll, while not pressing on the eyes. And the lightly elaticised fleece padded crown and noseband prevent wear on the skin."

Terrible Velcro design!

"At first glance, this looks like a well-made and good quality fly mask. However, in the first day, my horse rolled and gummed up all the velcro attachments with grass. It is nearly impossible to clean it off. I picked, I used a variety of brushes. It's virtually useless now because the velcro attachments don't stick. Terrible design."

KRYSTEN S. (2/5)

Nice fly mask

"Overall, very nice quality. My horse has very big, wide-set eyes and I don't feel the mesh stands away from his eyes like it could, it is a softer fabric than the Cashel brand. It does seem cooler than the Cashel, as he doesn't sweat so much when wearing this one. Also, we have sandburs and they do get stuck in the fleece lining. I do think my horse has very good visibility thru the mesh."

Vicky T. (4/5)

Best fly mask I have ever bought!

"I have tried several different brands of fly masks and the Schneiders® Mosquito Mesh® II Fly Mask with Ears has outlasted the others and is very high quality! Both of our mustangs suffer from sweet itch so they do alot of rubbing. The heavy duty mesh helps keep them protected from midges and other insects. The double velcro latches are definitely a bonus and I especially like that the neck covers attach to the fly mask to help keep everything in place. The fleece trim also is more gentle on their head and neck especially when they wear these a majority of the time. Will be purchasing more in the future!"

Great fly mask

"I have use numerous different fly masks over the years. This is the first one that my horses can’t get off. It’s double Velcro closers make them a perfect fit and they stay in place all day."

Pamela S. (5/5)

It fits!

"I have a 18hh Clydesdale who isn't easy to fit for most things. The ears are big enough, straps are long enough and the seam across the brow is wide enough. I am very pleased with the purchase."

Zoie R. (5/5)

Very nice fly masks

"I've bought many different brands of fly masks over many years but none of them work, or last as long, as the ones I get from Schneiders. Yes they are a little more expensive than some but will last a full season, if not longer. Other brands are torn up in weeks. I highly recommend the fly masks from Schneiders."

JUDITH R. (5/5)

fly mask

"not a huge fly mask fan but this one is pretty good and look comfortable to the horse. I like that I can see through the screening to see if its close to their eye or not"

laina M. (5/5)

Nice study fly mask

"Rigid and sturdy. Cleans up easily. Stays on - heavy duty Velcro. The only negative is that it doesn’t have a forelock hole."

PENNY T. (4/5)

Mosquitoes mask

"I love this mask it’s my third one it keep the hats out of my horses ears and eyes. Yet he can still see out of the mask. He does not remove this mask which means it’s comfortable and not hot in his face. Thank you"
