Excellent quality, too much excess strap
"I like this Billy Royal Bob Hart Adjustable Training Martingale very much. The only complaint I have is that there is so much extra strap material hanging out after adjusting the fit. I have 6 yr old, 15 hand, half Friesian half Arabian mare. I needed to set the buckles at the 2nd shortest hole in the neck straps and middle holes in the other straps. There is a lot of floppy excess between her front legs (could be annoying) and in front of her chest, pointing down ( looks messy). I'm happy that it fits but now I need to cut off extra leather and an concerned that I will be cutting through the stitching. . I don't want to pay a professional to cut and restitch. It works be nice if this were offered in a smaller size for more compactly built horses. Yes, it's adjustable and will fit, but we want things to also look tidy and not have the horse annoyed with extra straps flapping around. I would still recommend this product because of it's good quality and workmanship."

Brass hardware looks sharp. The leather is a little long for my size horses but I can always cut it off if I decide it's too much. Would buy again."
