Dr. Cook's Beta Bitless Bridle

Overview

Dr. Cook's Beta Bitless Bridle
This bridle is a painless alternative to traditional bitted bridles and is an effective method of communication that builds trust between horse and rider. Without the presence of a bit, this bridle works to apply pressure through the caveson area using the crossunder strap as leverage. This bridle is made with the high quality synthetic material, Bio Thane, to combine the strength of nylon and the low maintenance of vinyl. This synthetic bitless bridle is suitable for all disciplines and is a most popular choice among trail riders and endurance riders.
  • Bio Thane is a high quality synthetic material (nylon core with vinyl coating)
  • Combines the strength of nylon with the low maintenance of vinyl
  • Will not mold, mildew, dry out, crack, absorb odors and stays pliable in freezing temps
  • Outstanding choice for trail riding and endurance riding
  • Low maintenance and easy to clean

Reviews

Great product!

"This bitless bridle is a great option for horses with sensitive mouths. My gelding came to me with a cut tongue and really needed a bit free option. Dr. Cook’s bitless system works great and their products are well made."

Ashley B. (5/5)

Easy to adjust

"Seems great, we haven’t used it a whole lot yet but it was easy to follow the instructions to adjust to fit my mare who seems to be just in between small and medium."

Natalie M. (5/5)

Bitless Bridle

"I have two horses and I use this bitless on both of them. They love it. I love it."

Lisa S. (5/5)

I won't go back to using a bit.

"I purchased this for an older gelding with dental issues. Works great, fits well, and looks nice on him. He's a well trained, mellow older horse, but this would probably work well on any horse. Humane, gentle alternative to a bit. I'm happy with purchase."

Mary (5/5)

Definitely worth trying

"My horse has dental issues. Not having a bit in his mouth has changes his attitude. Much calmer."

Janice (5/5)

Highly recommend

"Definitely recommend the Dr. Cook's bites bridles. I bought this for my older horse who was mainly ridden in bitless bridles by his previous owner."

Emma (5/5)

Great pressure bitless

"This bridle releases pressure much better than other brands of the same type!"

Debi (4/5)

Love it!

"Love it! This is my second one I've gotten!"

Lilyann (5/5)

I will buy this product again

"We use these in a therapeutic riding program."

Anvia (5/5)

Works well - one issue

"I am using it in the arena right now on a horse who never liked the bit. It works well for my purpose, however I wish the release were softer when she gives to pressure. Due to the rubber material used the release doesn't go as easily through the rings as I would like. I'm going to try and put a bit of powder on it in hopes that solves my problem."
