"I have now had these coolers for 8 years …. . 8 Buffalo winters! They’ve been on 100’s of horses and still look like the day I got them. They are so thick and warm and soft. I can’t stand the thin fleece coolers when it’s 10 degrees and my race horse just got a full bath. With these I know my horses are warm. I don’t have to worry about anyone sweating on the way home if the trailers full and they were still damp when loaded. They are sewn perfect and fat thin short tall all my horses look fabulous in these. If a horse does roll or lay in them they do stick to the shavings like any other cooler BUT as soon as these dry a quick shake and the shavings roll right off. I can’t say enough good things about them. My only issue which has absolutely nothing to do with function is I wish they had other colors. I try to keep different sizes different colors so I’m not fumbling for a tag. In my barn reds are L and black is XL and these only come in dark Navy. …. But you could mistake for black. If your on the fence about purchasing these I guarantee it will be the best cooler you’ve ever owned."

"I bought two wool coolers as gifts for this Christmas. I found it hard to find true wool cooler and was grateful when I found these. The wool is a medium weight and the quality in construction seems to be good. The sizes seem true. I wish I could review the fit on the horse but I will have to wait until after Christmas for that. The only thing I see so far that I wish would change is it would be nice to have a better color selection."
