"EXACTLY what we needed for our new mare, who has been trainined with a bosal and really does not like a bit. Fits and everthing is a advertised. Leather is nice and solid, and we will work it this spring to soften it up some. If there is an issue it's the Chicago rivits, but a little thread lock will fix that. Very happy and so is the mare!!"
An option with a horsehair mecate would be good.

"Loved the mecate but not the Bosal. It was heavy and stiff for my quarterhorse. The headgear was heavy and stiff as wellâ ¦ I understand there needs to be a breaking in period but this was over the top. So I did return. Thanks!"
