Myler D Ring Sweet Iron Comfort Snaffle Bit with Copper Inlay

Overview

Myler D Ring Sweet Iron Comfort Snaffle Bit with Copper Inlay
Sweet Iron Comfort Snaffle features wide barrel and copper inlay 5" mouth. Unlike traditional snaffles, the Comfort Snaffle features a free-rotating barrel and curved mouthpiece specially designed to not pinch the center of the horse's tongue, avoiding pain and discomfort. Horses tend to be more relaxed and are able to concentrate on their work instead of worrying about the bit. Horses tend to pack this bit with more confidence than a regular snaffle that pinches.
  • Great training bit your starting young horses
  • Allows independent side movement to isolate each side of the bit
  • Free rotating barrel and made of polished sweet iron with copper inlay
  • Natural oxidation will enhance the sweet taste and promote salivation
  • Curved mouthpiece eases tongue pressure and allows horses to swallow freely
  • Fixed mouthpiece applies even amounts of pressure
  • 3 ½" offest d-rings
  • Mouthpiece: 5"
  • Level: 1
  • Bit diameter: 7/16"

New bit

"We're very happy with the bit. It's a replacement for an identical one that just got worn."

Myler D Sweet Iron Comfort Snaffle

"Great feel and fit"

Beth W. (5/5)

accidentally bought two, and keeping them both!

"I accidentally ordered two of these for my horse, and kept them both. He works well in this bit, and I use it for everything."

Allison (5/5)

Well made bit

"Good basic snaffle. Comfortable for the horse. The offset D gives it more of a western look."

Lastchance (5/5)

Only bit I would use.

"This is my second Myer bit and the only bit I would own. Comfort to the horse is paramount. This bit gets the job done without the painful action against the roof of the horses mouth as a regular snaffle bit can produce. Comfort equals less pain. Less pain means a more compliant horse, easier training and a more pleasant ride. This bit changed my horse's entire demeanor."

Deborah (5/5)

Great dressage bit

"We use this snaffle on a lot of our horses we are working in dressage and western dressage. Great bit to have in your tool box"
