Versatile and moveable
"I bought this rack to hold my western saddle blankets. Being an English rider I always inverted them and put them on top of my saddle. I soon found that to be almost impossible with the western pads. They needed to retain their shape but I needed to keep the wet pad off the saddles. So I put this above my western saddle to slip the pads over where they could air out and stay shaped. I wanted something that I could collapse. Since my racks are 3 tier high the pad rack had to turn to the side in order to collapse bc there was no room up or down."
