"Our non-profit brings our mammoth donkey to care facilities and other public forums so, warm showers are necessary when the temperatures are cold. I like the warmth but would appreciate if the cart were more stable to endure transport across rough ground. I also would have appreciated a spray nozzle with more pressure. A soap dispenser would also be appreciated. My final disappointment was when it froze even after being blown out. I would have appreciated instructions that included the necessity to keep in a heated environment. I sadly only got one season of use. :("

"We use this at all horse shows, it helps remove all the dirt and soap, leaving our horse coat looking great and the best part is not having to use cold water. The additional benefit is being able to mount it in our barn during the winter months as well. We just really enjoy the Insta-Hot and how it the quality of the produce."

"I purchased the L5 Insta hot the end of May. It was delivered on Saturday, June 4 on Sunday. We put the cart and everything together. We couldn't even get it to make the clicking sound like it was getting ready to ignite. We changed the batteries we did further investigation on troubleshooting, I created a support ticket on Sunday as I was requested to no response I called in on Monday and was told Schneiders cannot help me I had I have to go to the manufacture left a voicemail on Monday with the manufacture no call back called again on Tuesday. Spoke to another customer service rep with a company I purchased it from and said I have to go through the manufacture she emailed them directly. I finally heard a response. I had to take a video multiple pictures. I still hadn't heard later in the day so I called again and they said oh I'm sorry you've been told the wrong information. You have to send all this to us directly, so I did that which then I get a response, thank you will send this off to the manufacture, which is ridiculous. In the meantime they would not send me a new unit until it was thoroughly investigated through Technical Support. Keep in mind this is a brand new unit I purchased I shouldn't even be having to go through Technical Support, they should've offered me a brand new unit from the beginning so now I have had my unit for five days which keep in mind I waited for weeks and I cannot use it and the issue is still not resolved"
