"This is a beautiful and well made halter, but quality control may not be the best. I recommend that when you receive it, you measure it to check if it will be a good fit. The throatlatch on the first FS halter I received was 22"" in comparison to around 16"" on all the other FS halters I have, and was way to big on my horse. Schneiders customer care were very helpful and measured the FS halters they had in stock. They said the long length was not typical and sent me a replacement. The replacement halter has a throatlatch of about 20"" so still longer than ideal. . ."
