Eight saddle pads, blankets or coolers drying at once with air between every one. The Pro Swinging Rack is a 48-inch, 1¼-inch steel frame with eight ¾-inch swing arms, each 28 inches long on its own steel peg, so a heavy Western pad hangs open instead of folded on a rail. Screw it to the barn wall through the pre-drilled holes with the included hardware, or take it to the show and hang it on the stall front with the two hooks that adjust from 1 to 8 inches wide. Arms swing out to load and fold flat when you need the aisle. Rust-resistant Gray Armor finish, warranted against breakage and bending for 7 years.

"Heavy metal, nice finish, sturdy. . . but poorly designed. . . maybe it was designed in China or someplace not familiar with US building codes for 16" on center studs. It needs to be at least 49 1/2 " long to mount between two studs with holes 16" on center. My daughter asked me to come over to install the unit in her barn which has stud walls and battens covering the 4x8 sheathing joints. But the units are about 46 1/2 inches long, You cannot attach them into the studs. None of the other mounting methods work when the walls are effectively 6 inches thick (3 1/2 stud, 1 1/2 stall board, 1/2 sheathing, 3/4 batten). I had to add a horizontal batten between the two vertical ones as a shim, screw a 2x6 into the two studs and screw the rack into the 2x6, a pain and adds more torque to the unit. You CAN do better then this design."
