Works great

"My Kentucky Mtn horse was diagnosed with IR last year so I have to watch his intake of sugars and starch closely. I bought this grazing muzzle last year to allow him some turnout. It only took him 5 minutes to figure out how he could eat (very minimal) grass while wearing it. Now, when I come into his stall with the muzzle he happily wants it on to get his turnout and graze a little. After a year it is still in good shape and holding up. He also has heaves (a mild case) and doesn't have any issues breathing with it on either."

Does its job great and at a decent price!

"My favorite type of grazing muzzle and we Have been through a bunch of different types for my horse with chronic spring and fall flare up laminitis and equine metabolic syndrome! I have the one with the snap on it instead of velcro. These are not expensive and for the most part durable(my horse is pretty hard on them and she can’t get this one off! Plus the larger holes for nostrils means she can breath easier when it is scorching hot here in the south! She wears one quite a bit so we go thru 2 a year but for the price are worth every penny to keep her healthy! I have ordered this one again for this year and another that is the same thing but with fleece so will review that one later."

"Super muzzle for the price."

Works so well!!

"I was surprised at how lightweight it is. My mare can be emotional and frustrated with slow feeding but she calmly works her way around the pasture and is glad to be out with the others. She has Equine Metabolic Syndrome and has to be limited in her intake. So happy this does the trick."

This is the second Tough-1

"This is the second Tough-1 grazing muzzle I have purchased. I like this model because the opening at the bottom it rectangular instead of round. My horse wore thin the opening on the first one, so I had to replace it. My horse came in from the field after only wearing it for less than a week and one of the nose straps broke. It does not stay on well now. I sent a picture to you and got a response that you will work on replacing it. I hope it comes soon as my horse is insulin resistant and I have to limit his time in the field. This does not make him happy as he misses being with the other fellas."

Simple Grazing Muzzle

"No bells and whistles and a great, sturdy and adjustable (everywhere) grazing muzzle"

Megan A. (5/5)

Broke after 1 use

"Not for use in any type of group situation. Horse convinced a pasture buddy to help him get it off within 20 minutes and his buddy broke off both of the diagonal nose straps in one tug. That's $40 down the drain."
