"I’ve bought several of these halters and they are a great value for the price. I’ve never ordered one with a nameplate until late last summer. Within four months, one of the screws that attached the nameplate disappeared. I contacted Schneider’s to see if they could send replacement screws. They only guaranteed the product for two months, but offered to ask their warehouse if they had extra screws, they could send me. Not only did they mail me a replacement screw, they sent two extras. This was a small thing, but I am so happy to know that they stand by their products and go out of their way to make their customers happy. Excellent customer service!"
