"I bought the surcingle for long lining my gelding. The surcingle is great, does not rub, and is easy to clean. One thing about it I would change is I wish there were extra loops extended further down. As it is, even when used on the furthest loops, the reins barely go over the hips but are not low enough to influence the hips properly. I use a carabiner on each side to extend the last loops further down which works fine, but an extra loop or two a few inches down on each side would make this perfect. If your horse is smaller size this will be great."
