Nice quality saddle
"I have a Billy Royal Comfort Classic II saddle which I adore. It fits my horse well in the wither and shoulder area, but unfortunately is too long for him (he wears a size 72 blanket). I hoped this shorter round skirt would work since it is also a Billy Royal on the same width tree. While the length of the saddle was fine the skirt doesn't have the flare at the back which he needs. It did seem to fit him pretty much the same in the shoulders and wither area. The saddle is a very dark, almost black, shade of brown with beautiful smooth leather. Much shinier than it appears in the picture. Almost too nice to use as a work saddle. While this saddle didn't work for my horse I thought this information might be useful to someone else looking for a saddle."

"Saddle fit is always a long shot with a production saddle. This one was billed as for an arab and it fit in the shoulders but was too long in the back for my small arab. I would have had the stirrups modified so they were twisted."

"If any saddle maker could resolve this fender issue life would be awesome. Having the stirrups all the way up reduces the way the fenders function as with every western saddle on the market I have 10 different ones but yours is the best for training and comfort and fits all me horses that's a bonus!"

I work multiple breeds/conformations and it fits very well, plus it is comfortable from the first ride. My only complaint is the stirrup s wide fender prevents them from shortening enough for my petite amateur clients, but that is something a local repair shop can fix."
