"This pump is suppose to fit a gal size bottle, it does not. Customer service was notified and wanted a picture of video of the problem. Difficult to send I informed, not broken, doesn't fit, will not tightened and close the bottle to keep contents fresh and from spilling out. They did refunded me. I would not buy this product."
