Is the cryo machine covered by a warranty? Yes, units are covered for 2 years from the manufacturer's invoice date for defects in materials or workmanship. Within that period, America Cryo will repair or replace defective components free of charge (a full unit exchange may be required in some cases). Shipping/transport costs to and from their service center aren't included. Coverage requires the unit to have been shipped for service within 15 days of any issue arising after commissioning.
The warranty doesn't cover: transport damage, improper installation/use or use of a non-supplied charger, resale of the unit, unauthorized modifications or disassembly, use of improper consumables, normal wear on cables/connectors, or damage from drops, fire, water, or lightning.
