Waist: Find natural waistline and measure.
Hip: Measure fullest part of hip, usually 7–9 inches below waist.
Sleeve: Bend arm 90°, put hand on hip, hold tape measure at center back of neck and measure across shoulder to elbow, then down to wrist.
