"The Schneider salt block holder is well made. They are the only ones I purchase now. Recommend buying."
"I really like this salt block holder and so does my horse! The salt brick slides in easily and I like the rounded edges, so it doesn't cut my horse's tongue. It's also easy for my horse to lick with the spacing of the holder, even down to the bottom. I've tried other holders, but this one's design is the best I've found. The only thing is if it's not hung in the right place or height, the holder becomes a perfect butt scratcher for an itchy horse!"
"Very satisfied with these salt block holders. They are heavy duty molded plastic with smooth rounded edges for extra safety. Easy to install and safe. Highly recommend."
"This salt block holder has lasted all year! (Unlike the metal bracket ones that rust away and get bent up and damaged) My livestock have not managed to break it and the salt is easy for the animals to access it."
"Holds the block better than the tray type."
"Having used the aluminum slide in block holders for decades, now that the salt companies are not making the blocks with the side, i was forced to find something else. These truly fit the bill. Not only does the block fit in securely, but the horse cannot just grab the block and pull it out. The extended plastic on the bottom holds the block in firmly and doesn't let pieces fall on the floor it's a win win for me!"
"Good quality!"
"Plastic itself seems to be sturdy and no sharp edges which is great and what i was loking for. But screws it came with are CHEAP and broke on installation. And it doesn't fit Himalayan salt blocks which are the ones i have. Make sure you measure the salt block size you use before buying."
"Great salt block holder & very durable. Much better than the metal type which always rust. Horses love it!"
