I used to love it but they changed it
"I ordered three new ones when my old ones from 15 years ago were getting worn They changed the adjuster and it does not look like it is in the pic with the rope. It is now a piece of fabric and the house can stretch it when they pull so it's teaching them bad habits. I'm very upset"
