Poor quality

"Received these in September 2025; used them only when necessary (infrequently). In a training session in round pen, the stitching failed in the bottom of the boot, releasing the weights (2). Would not recommend. The stitching appeared to be cotton thread; really should have been far stronger thread used, regardless."

These are durable and well-made.

"These are durable and well-made. I have a half Arab English horse and in the off-season when she doesn't have show shoes on these bell boots help keep her motion strong when we do groundwork."

Good bell boots

"Well made bell boots I’m using on my OTTB."

Boots are well made and

"Boots are well made and easy to apply/remove. Velcro double closure is secure and tight. I highly recommend these weighted boots if your horse has a tendency to trip by lazy lifting of their fronts on uneven terrain. We use them on a Tennessee walker who is fine in hardback our street, and needs a reminder when trail riding with roots, stones and piles."

Weighted bell boots

"Really love the product at first. After a few times they started to come apart and the lead fell out. I just glue them back together. They do their job."

LINDA (4/5)

Very well made

"Just got them today, they're thick and heavy as stated. I was a little surprised at how heavy they were (I knew they'd be weighted but holy cow). I decided to actually weigh the boots, a single boot was 1lbs 2. 04oz, so that's something to think about. The boot without the added weight is probably heavy in itself, which I don't mind at all, just be aware. I bought these for my older Quarter horse gelding. This sounds silly, but for his hind legs, not his front legs. He drags his toes, and trips a lot. My trainer and I observed him carefully and decided he simply was just weak. I took advice from my Walking horse friends about proprioception aids, and tried regular rubber bell boots on his hinds. That worked! Now that he's gotten some strength back, the weighted boots should help him even further."

Happy Customer!!

"Pleased with how these bell boots fit and did their job!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

Maureen (5/5)

I would not buy this product again.

"We used these boots two times and the stitching fell apart and the weights fell out. We had to duct tape them together to continue to use."

Linda (2/5)

Disappointing

"I had high hopes for these boots Unfortunately the soft part on the top of the boot came apart within the first three uses. I have also noticed no change in my horse's movement."

I would buy from Schneiders again happily

"We bought these online and they arrived in rural NSW Australia faster than had we ordered them in Australia. They were exactly as described and on first fitting look like they will do the job we want ."
