"Customer service was very helpful and always promptly responded to my emails. Shipping was delayed on this item but they were very helpful. This is the 2nd one of these saddle racks I have ordered, ones was several years ago and I liked it so much I wanted another one for my New to me trailer. This rack is a great space saver, the arms come off so you have more space when camping. I put my saddles on a saddle stand while camping for added room, my trailer doesn’t have a tack at the back.
