"Customer service was very helpful and always promptly responded to my emails. Shipping was delayed on this item but they were very helpful. This is the 2nd one of these saddle racks I have ordered, ones was several years ago and I liked it so much I wanted another one for my New to me trailer. This rack is a great space saver, the arms come off so you have more space when camping. I put my saddles on a saddle stand while camping for added room, my trailer doesn’t have a tack at the back. Great Saddle Rack for the Cost

"These were the most cost effective and they work great! The rubber end caps do come off and so we’ve had to glue a few back in but otherwise they’ve held up great with our heavy western saddles. We bought quite a few to line all of our saddles up."
