"Received this on a Saturday after Schneider's was closed. No assembly instructions included. Looked them up only to realize they hadn't bothered to include the required parts. Ridiculous. Wish I had read reviews first to see others have had similar issues. Pass on this piece of junk and buy a cart from your local tack store."
"I ordered this cart in May and was told it was on backorder with expected date first week of June. Ok I’ll wait. Every week I got a new date pushing it back. July 3 I got and email saying it would be in stock end of September. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Within an hour I got an email saying it is being shipped. Weird. So it arrives the next day and I start to assemble it. First step… the washers are too small and don’t fit and the cotter pins???? See photo. 2 trips to the hardware and my husband finally got it together. Only one set of bolts actually fit, all others didn’t fit. One size was too small the next size up was too big. My husband did the best he could to get the smaller one to work, not threaded properly. Hopefully it stays together. I haven’t used it yet."
"Seems to be good quality. However, the hardware it came with to put it together is a mess. Says 2 big washers for wheels but got 4 and they dont fit over rod anyways. The cotter pins provided for wheels are not same as pictured and are severely insufficient. Need 4 bigger nuts that are listed as hardware provided, but they aren't. Have numerous little washers but are not listed in instructions anywhere. I'll hunt yp needed hardware, but what a pain. Shipping took forever with numerous promises of a date to ship. This isn't Schneiders fault. Its the manufacturer."
