"Great quality product but the bag should be red or have a first aid/medic symbol on the bag so it’s easily identifiable by everyone during a time of need. I ended up buying a separate red first aid bag to carry all the items that came with this kit and am now using this green bag for tools."

"SCHNEIDERS Review: On February 2nd I ordered (1) Horse Aid Deluxe First Aid Kit customer # 18910943 & Order # P0942133. I also ordered (5) Tech Vet Flex Bandages. I know nothing about horses and what their needs are. I have a good friend who loves horses and owns one. She is having a birthday in March & I wanted to get her a meaningful gift that she could use in her trailer or barn. I ‘m sure she has something like this but I thought she could still use this. I searched all over the internet looking for a Horse first aid kit. I’m a senior citizen (75) and on a small fixed income so price was going to be very important to me. Many of the first aid kits were very expensive and out of my ability to purchase. What drew me to your first aid kit immediately was the packaging. I loved how it looked with the horse on front wrapped around the canvas bag saying it was Veterinarian approved and perfect for a Barn, Track & Trailer. Having a call center in the USA (Ohio) was very important to me too. Often the things that have the most value or quality come in small packages. ; the size of something does not always properly indicate its value. But this first aid kit has everything a horse person would need. When I called, I was so impressed how fast the call was taken. Generally, when you call a call center you are put on hold and have to wait forever for a person to come on the line. This was not the case with Schneiders, my call was taken right away. Sometimes we’ve had those moments where a customer service representative goes above and beyond, leaving you feeling valued and satisfied. In those moments, I feel a “thank you” is very important. It’s a recognition of their exceptional effort. In my case “Katlyn” was the representative that took my call. Her patience and understanding with me was truly appreciated. She took the time to answer all my questions & concerns with the upmost courtesy. I’m grateful for how easy Katlyn made my experience. Great employees are the face of a company. Schneiders you should be very proud of Katlyn! I will certainly refer anyone who has a horse in the future to use Schneiders for any horse supplies. Thank you Schneiders for the exceptional customer service & product(s) that I purchased. All my needs were met with courtesy & knowledge of the products.
