"I can see using this in other ways besides to pad a halter. If a horse has a wound where a sheet or blanket strap interferes, one could put these around the strap and hold it in place with some vet wrap on either end to protect the wound while it heals."
Can't even see the Velcro, lovely color, very soft
"I got this for my husbands horse for shipping as we like to have fleeces on the halters so faces don't rub. The color is lovely, you can't even see the Velcro when it's on the halter, and they're easy to put on and off for easy washing when they do get dirty!"

"These fleeces are lovely. I was slightly confused when I first took them out of the storage bag they come in (yay for storage bags!) and only saw four, I then realized the multiples had been put together and the fluff is so nice that you can't really tell where the Velcro is. I popped them on my halter I use for shipping and they went on well with the exception of the nose piece, which I think will soften some with use, but was still easy enough to put on. They look great, and are leagues above the old fleeces I had been using. I'm only using four of them right now, and plan to use all nine when traveling long distances. I like that you can choose how many, and where you want the padding."

Beautiful Quality
"I bought the light brown version and attached these sheepskin pieces to a Schockemoehle Memphis nylon halter to use as a shipping halter. The sheepskin is very thick and fluffy just like I wanted. It actually exceeeded my expectations in quality. Easy to apply. Can't answer to durability yet but I feel confident it will hold up nicely with proper care and washing. Looks really beautiful on my dark bay warm blood gelding!!!"
