"First time buyer of Passier Lederbalsam. It was used on a newer English saddle that is kept covered & wiped down after every use and an older used saddle that was just purchased. After wiping the excess off, I was worried it would make the saddles slippery and harder to stay on them. Used the saddles a day after cleaning & conditioning & no issues at all. The leather on the older western saddle was so much more flexible and soft. My daughter said it made her saddle smell like donuts�"

"I bought a driving harness someone never used and kept in a bag for 9 years. It was stiff and had taken on the shape of being in the bag. I cleaned it well and coated it with the Passier Lederbasalm and let it sit overnight with the traces and reins laid out flat and the other pieces as they should be. The next evening I used a soft cloth and rubbed it in really well and VOILA - a supple harness, pliable and perfect again! I used this about once a month when I intensive clean my tack and I think it really cuts down my daily tack cleaning time because it conditions so well."
