Key benefits
Customized Comfort for High Withers
The VTEK® Wither Relief design is specially engineered to reduce pressure and prevent rubbing on horses with moderate to high withers where the wither is moderate in length with a balanced well muscled top line and upright or very straight shoulder conformation. The VTEK(R) wither extends 6-8" in front of the wither for complete coverage that relieves pressure on high withered horses. The result is enhanced comfort, improved freedom of movement, and reduced irritation during extended wear.
Stay-Put Tail Protection
An innovative fully sewn-down tail cover wraps securely around your horse's hindquarters to help stabilize the sheet while protecting the tail from rubbing. This unique design helps keep everything properly positioned, reducing shifting and eliminating the need for hind leg straps (not included). Your horse stays comfortable while the sheet remains securely in place.
Cool, Dry, and Happy
Breathability is key to everyday comfort, and the advanced woven polyester fabric delivers. The moisture-wicking construction actively helps draw moisture away from your horse, while the cooling yarn technology encourages airflow to maintain a comfortable body temperature. Nylon-lined shoulders and chest further enhance comfort by minimizing friction in high-contact areas.
Easy On, Easy Off
The open front closure system makes daily use simple and convenient. Featuring two buckle closures and wider hook-and-loop fasteners, the front stays securely closed while helping prevent separation. The adjustable design allows you to achieve the ideal level of snugness across the chest, reducing gaps and improving fit. Convenient snaps make dressing and undressing quick and hassle-free.
Stability You Can Count On
The self-righting criss-cross surcingle system helps prevent the sheet from sliding side to side, ensuring a balanced fit throughout wear. Locking T-post hardware with security bands provides added confidence, while brass-plated components resist corrosion caused by moisture, detergents, and everyday barn conditions. Durable hardware helps maintain long-lasting performance and appearance.
Freedom to Move Naturally
Designed with reinforced gussets that extend higher and farther forward, this sheet allows for greater shoulder mobility without sacrificing coverage. The improved gusset placement helps reduce rubbing while encouraging natural movement, making it an excellent choice for horses that appreciate unrestricted comfort in the stall or on the go.
