I really like the new, softer material that the new Pro Pads are made with on the underside. We show horses who are usually either thin coated or body clipped and I feel this is much less abrasive to their skin and more comfortable over their backs while the topside is still made of the durable heavy canvas. Great change to an already good pad.

"I just recently started riding my short-backed morgan western, and needed something to fit well under my tiny 14" western saddle. I got the 32" and it is slightly too long for him, but works well enough and he seems to be very comfortable and wearing it well under his saddle. Overall would buy again, but in the 30" square size!"
