Purposely using it for the bad smell
"I've started applying this to my large Haflinger's big, beautiful tail after his pasture mate chewed it a bit. Using a blue medical glove, I apply it to the bottom 2/3 of his tail on the outer layer of hair 3x a week. While I don't like the residue from it, it seems to deter the chewing and offers a slight detangler effect. I use Straight Arrow detangler at every grooming which seems to reduce the residue from constantly building. It's certainly safer and better than applying abrasive chili/anti-chew sprays or gas/diesel directly to my horse."
Buy this for skin problems
"This stuff is great. I put it on any kind of rain rot, scratches, dermatitis and see an immediate improvement. It's a weird oily liquid that smells like bacon, but it really works!"
Good stuff but maybe not by mail order
"Haven't had a need for this yet but I ordered it because it is a good product. However, it may not be a good product to get via mail order as the bottle leaked some. They did put it in a plastic bag so it didn't leak all over my other stuff and not a lot leaked, just enough to be messy."
