The width of the neck is to small at the top so the 2 straps don't hold well enough to stay put so they are always left hanging. the inside has gotten tore up quite a bit on the neck liner from these straps coming undone. The top strap doesn't connect at all and is always left undone so more than half the time the neck cover is flipped back and unusable."
