FREE Shipping on orders over $100
Orders over $100:

Receive free shipping on orders over $100*. In-stock items are shipped promptly and will be delivered within 7-10 business days depending on where you live. This promotion is only eligible for orders placed within the Contiguous United States.

Orders less than $100:

Will be charged a flat rate* of $9.99 at checkout.

Select oversized items require either an additional fee and/or a Freight Quote and are excluded from our Free Shipping promotion. Place your order online and a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days with an estimate for shipping prior to your order being completed.

Curbside Pickup:
Our Curbside Pickup service allows you to:
  • Pickup your order from Schneider Saddlery's Chagrin Falls, Ohio location for free within 2 hours of order between 8AM - 3PM
  • Full access to our entire website available for pickup at our retail store
Instructions for Curbside Pickup:
  1. Add items from the website to your cart
  2. Click the checkout button
  3. Sign-In or Checkout as a guest
  4. Enter your shipping address (this is needed as we only allow nearby states to use curbside pickup)
  5. Choose the "Curbside Pickup" shipping method
  6. Upon arrival, just call our curbside pickup hotline (440-543-2700, Option 3), provide your name, make and model of your vehicle, and pop your trunk. Our store staff will deliver directly to your vehicle, or you are welcome to come into the store to pick-up your order.
  7. Note: Pickup times will be 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be available for pickup at 10am the following day (Saturday and Sunday pickup not available. An order placed after 3pm on Friday will be avilable on Mondayat 10am).

Additional Shipping Charges:

Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.

International Shipping

Deliveries outside the United States will now receive an automatic freight quote at the time of checkout. This quote should include all additional Duties & Taxes as well. If shopping outside of the US and you were not originally prompted with a Welcome Message for that country when first arriving to the website, please click on the Flag in the top left corner of the website. Select which country and currency you wish to shop through. All of our product pricing will convert to the currency you have selected. All International Orders will ship through a third party company called Global-e, their name along with Schneiders will be referenced on your bank statement.

Shipping FAQ
Some of the items I received were damaged, what should I do?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at service@sstack.com.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number(s). You may also login to your account go into your order history and get your tracking number from there as well.

What is a backordered item and what can I do with it?

If you have an item on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time. Your items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total. All backorders ship via standard shipping.

I tracked my package and it says it was undeliverable, what do I do?

Imediately contact customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at service@sstack.com. If the wrong shipping address was entered for the package additional shipping charges may apply.
