We want to assure you that we are here for you and your horses. Our shipping team is safely fulfilling orders within 24 hours. Our customer service team is working from the safety of their own homes and are still available to help you by phone, email, or chat. Standard Shipping & Processing (Contiguous United States)
FREE Shipping on orders over $100
Orders over $100:

Receive free shipping on orders over $100*. In-stock items are shipped promptly and will be delivered within 7-10 business days depending on where you live.

Orders less than $100:

Will be charged a flat rate* of $9.99 at checkout.

Expedited Shipping Options
  • We offer 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping options in checkout.
  • Expedited shipping costs are based on weight and box dimensions.
  • Expedited orders received before 3pm (EST) Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day*.

* Orders placed on holidays, weekends or after 3pm (EST) will be shipped the next available business day..

Curbside Pickup:
Our Curbside Pickup service allows you to:
  • Pickup your order from Schneider Saddlery's Chagrin Falls, Ohio location for free within 2 hours of order between 8AM - 3PM
  • Full access to our entire website available for pickup at our retail store
Instructions for Curbside Pickup:
  1. Add items from the website to your cart
  2. Click the checkout button
  3. Sign-In or Checkout as a guest
  4. Enter your shipping address (this is needed as we only allow nearby states to use curbside pickup)
  5. Choose the "Curbside Pickup" shipping method
  6. Upon arrival, just call our curbside pickup hotline (440-248-3314), provide your name, make and model of your vehicle, and pop your trunk. Our store staff will deliver directly to your vehicle while ensuring your protection by wearing proper personal protective equipment.
  7. Note: Pickup times will be 10am-5pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be available for pickup at 10am the following business day.

Additional Shipping Charges:

Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship our products worldwide. Deliveries outside the continental United States require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed to provide a shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. When you charge a purchase to a credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Wire transfers must be made in U.S. funds.

Shipping FAQ
Some of the items I received were damaged, what should I do?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at service@sstack.com.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number(s). You may also login to your account go into your order history and get your tracking number from there as well.

What is a backordered item and what can I do with it?

If you have an item on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time. Your items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total. All backorders ship via standard shipping.

I tracked my package and it says it was undeliverable, what do I do?

Imediately contact customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at service@sstack.com. If the wrong shipping address was entered for the package additional shipping charges may apply.
