For your safety and peace of mind, Shires Karben Helmets provides a replacement discount if your helmet is damaged in an accident, available within the time frames outlined below:

Replacement within the First year:

• Customers are eligible to receive a replacement helmet at 50% off the current retail price if the replacement request is made within 12 months of the original helmet purchase date.

Replacement within the Second and Third year:

• Customers are eligible to receive a replacement helmet at 25% off the current retail price if the replacement request is made between 13 and 36 months of the original helmet purchase date.

Do not continue to ride in a helmet that has been involved in an accident.

How to Measure for Your Shires Karben Helmet

To achieve the optimal fit, begin by measuring your head using a soft fabric tape. Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, approximately ¾ inch (2 cm) above your eyebrows, just above your ears, and encompassing the bump at the back of your head. Record the measurement in centimeters (cm), and repeat the process once or twice to ensure consistency.

The Shires Karben helmets are equipped with an adjustable dial-fit system, enabling you to customize the fit within each size range. Use your measurement to determine your size and then adjust the dial to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
