"Well made neck cover however it runs LARGE! I bought an XL because my horse wears a 84 blanket and the XL stated it was for blanket size 82-86. Way too big! So I got a L and still too big, I have to turn back the top of the neck cover. My horse is 17h and a TB. Hope this helps you choosing the right size."
