"This saddle stand does not have a locking mechanism. If there is supposed to be one mine is missing it, so it collapses if it’s not set up completely on a flat surface. My saddle ends up on the ground more often than not. So I keep it in the garage and use it to hold saddle pads. Would not buy this again."
"It truly was easy to assemble as well as easy to use. Very sturdy with big wheels that travel well on any terrain. And added bonus is that it is perfect for cleaning my dressage saddle both the top and the underside. The top of the cart is made perfectly for setting the saddle down on it normally and cleaning the top of the saddle and then flipping the saddle upside down securely while cleaning the underside of the saddle. I highly recommend this cart."
"Love this saddle rack in most respects. The flaw is the rod that goes through the bottom and holds the wheels is too short causing the lock nuts to not have enough threads to lock on to. This causes the wheels to come off. I fixed mine by buying 1/2” threaded steel rod that was 20” and then covered center piece with pvc pipe. With this length rod I can put washers against the cart frame as well as on the outside so the wheels don’t bind up and I have the length for the lock nuts."

"I've owned numerous portable saddle racks and stands over the years and have never been completely satisfied with any of them. They are either bulky and impractical to transport or flimsy and unsteady. This seems perfect (I haven't put much mileage on it yet. . . so time will tell). However, it is surprisingly sturdy and easy to fold to store in the trailer or tack room. The design will make it difficult to tip over, which will be useful when my set up in on uneven ground."
