"I was told this item was in stock, my card was charged for the item on 3/8 and a fed. x tracking number was issued and sent to me. I waited and after 5 days I reached out to ask why it hadn't been shipped. I was told that they had bad news and there really where no pad racks available. Why would you charge my account and issue a tracking number if you don't actually have the item in stock ? I'm still seeing ads. foe this item on Facebook. Very disappointed"
