"The metal frame is rugged and there is no doubt it will prove to be durable. It remains to be seen how long the plastic hub wheels will last. So far so good. Larger diameter wheels would work better outside. Assembly was easy but washers should have been provided for each bolt hole."

"I had to grind the post on my grinder to shorten the post to be able to get the 2 bolts in for the wheel bar The problem is the paint also got grind off so now the post are going to rust which is going to be crape after time. No good"

Nice rack, with some caveats
"It meets our needs but could use some improvement! 1. Wheels are wobbly, making the whole stand wobbly. 2. It could really use hooks for tack. We added them, but it would be a nice standard feature. 3. It REALLY could use a basket under the bottom saddle rack. They offer one for an additional cost, but the price seems quite high and the quality quite low. Still trying to figure out how to rig my own. 4. The top saddle wants to slide off the back when you tip the rack to roll it. It needs a higher post above it to keep it in place. Overall, if you need a moveable rack, this will do the trick. It serves our purposes well, and other than the wobbly wheels, it's well made."
