Orders over $100:
receive free shipping on orders over $100*. In-stock items are shipped promptly and will be delivered within 7-10 business days depending on where you live. Oversize charges are additional and are listed on applicable products on the catalog page and on this website.
Orders less than $100:
will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 for shipping and handling.

Our Pickup in store service allows you to order items from SSTack.com and pick them up at Schneider Saddlery Chagrin Falls, OH retail store. All our website items are available for local customers to pick up in the store. To place an order for pickup at our Chagrin Falls, OH location, simply place your items in your on-line shopping cart and click the checkout button. Once you have signed in or completed our online registration for guests and new shoppers, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Choose the “Pickup at Chagrin Falls, OH” method. Your estimated available for pickup timeframe will show under the ship method selection. Please note: pickup dates are also dictated by the product availability status that was shown on the product page and on your order confirmation. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a phone call from our retail store that your item(s) are ready for pickup. Additional Shipping Charges
Some heavy or large items have additional shipping and handling charges. On select products, additional shipping and handling charges are noted on the product information pages and will be noted in your shopping basket. Please note that oversize items may be very expensive to ship via an expedited ship method.
We are happy to ship our products worldwide. Deliveries outside the continental United States require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 - 3 business days after your order is placed to provide a shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. When you charge a purchase to a credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Wire transfers must be made in U.S. funds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-800-365-1311 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number. You may also login to your account to track your order.
If you have an item on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time. Your items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total. All backorders ship via standard shipping.
We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
