Dura-Nylon® Adjusta-Fit® VTEK® Senior Medium Weight Stable Blanket

The Dura-Nylon® Adjusta-Fit® VTEK® Senior Medium Weight Stable Blanket is specially designed with the unique needs of your senior horses in mind. As senior horses often lose muscle mass and gain more prominent bone structure, fitting them with regular blankets can cause irritating rubs. However, we've extended our patented VTEK® Wither Relief 4" forward on the withers to increase coverage over the shoulder and wither areas. In addition, Memory Foam has been added to the wither area, shoulder line, and hip panels. Your Senior horse often loses mass in these areas, and the bone structure becomes more prominent. The memory foam is an additional layer of protection from rubs and sores as your older horse may lay down more.
