What methods of payment do you accept online?

We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Certificates, Bonus Bucks, Loyalty Reward Points ($20 Increments), Affirm, & PayPal

If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please contact customer service at 800-365-1311 or 440-543-2700. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, download an order form and mail your order with payment to the below address.

What are Bonus Bucks / Schneiders Rewards?

Earn 1 Point for Every $1 Spent

Every purchase you make from Schneiders earns points towards valuable Rewards. Each dollar spent (excluding tax and freight) equals a point. Schneiders keeps track of your catalog, internet and store purchase. Once you've accumulated 500 points, you can redeem them in checkout for a $20 Reward.


Loyalty accounts and points are only eligible for merging once every 6 months per customer.

Do you offer Leasing or Extended purchase plans?

Schneiders offers Affirm financing. With Affirm, split purchases into 4 interest-free payments every two weeks or longer-term monthly payments. For more information, see below, under Finance Options FAQs.

Gift Certificates

If you have a Gift Certificate, you will be given an opportunity to enter your gift certificate's number during the checkout process.

If you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate we offer two types:
Electronic Gift Certificates (emailed to a chosen email address)
Paper Gift Certificates (mailed to a chosen shipping address)

What if I lose unused bonus bucks or unused gift certificates?

Please contact customer service as they may be able to pull the information from our system. If they are unable to get the information we may have to deduct 2% off the remaining balance to process a new one.

Sales Tax

On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court changed the rules for collection of sales tax by internet-based retailers. These new rules are controlled by each state individually and is based on your shipping address state. Please check your individual state for more information on how this affects your state.

Can I use multiple credit cards?

Currently we are unable to accept multiple credit cards on one order.

When is my credit card charged?

Credit cards will be pre-authorized for the shipment amount when the order is sent to our fulfillment center for shipping. Once the shipment has been physicially shipped, we will charge the credit card for the purchase amount.

Items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped. Shipping charges are split across your shipments based on the merchandise total of each shipment.

When is my debit card charged?

Debit cards are processed just like credit cards. However, the pre-authorized amount may not be available for use, but the funds will not be deducted until your items have shipped.

Select Affirm at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, or select a monthly installment plan over a time period that works best for you.

Fill your cart. Select Affirm at checkout, then enter a few pieces of info for a real-time decision.

Choose how to pay. Pick the payment plan you like best. You’ll never pay more than you agree to up front.

Pay over time. Make payments at affirm.com or in the Affirm app. You’ll also get reminders by text and email.

Can I pay off my purchase early?

Yes! There’s no penalty for paying early.

How do I make my payments?

You can make or schedule payments at affirm.com or in the Affirm app for iOS or Android. Affirm will send you email and text reminders before paymentsare due.

Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?

Yes—you can return an item you bought with Affirm by initiating the return process with the store.

Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score?

Checking eligibility will not impact credit. If you decide to pay with installments through Affirm, your payments may be reported to credit bureaus. You can find more information in Affirm’s Help Center.

Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?

Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This helps Affirm verify it’s really you who is creating your account and signing in.
